Installation Sheet #INS-04032

This product may not ﬁt all truck models or types of suspensions. Check truck

or trailer manufacturer for suspension travel speciﬁcations. Modiﬁcations to the

brackets and/or the fenders may be required. Any modiﬁcations are at the discre-

tion, responsibility and risk of the installer.

1) Place the fender in an inverted position on a soft non-marking

surface.

2) Start by inserting the

brush at one end of

the channel on the

fender skirt, 1-3/8”

from the end of the

fender. Make sure that

the mounting tab does

not extend past the

radius on the end of

the fender.

3) When the brush is

located in the channel,

check to make sure

that it is spaced evenly.

Then push into place

using a large ﬂat blade

scredriver or similar tool.

Starting at the center of

the brush, push on the

edge of the metal back-

ing. Continue to work

towards the ends.

4) When the brush is

in place, fasten it

through the holes in the

mounting tabs with the

provided self-taping

screws. Be careful not

to over tighten!
